SMMC Employees Receive Generous Donated Gift
April 05, 2021
Steele Memorial Medical Center was honored to be the recipient of 204 Mary Kay Satin Hand Kits, enough for each employee of the organization. These kits were donated by Christen Faulk an Independent Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay out of Texas. Christen is a sister of Celeste Quinn an employee of Steele Memorial Medical Center.
Christen states, “I’m sending this letter with much thankfulness and gratitude for all of you that so graciously give of yourselves and for all the hard work that is shown day in and day out at Steele Memorial Medical Center, what a blessing you all are to your community and to all those that you come in contact with and continue to serve. We are so thankful for all that you have done and are continuing to do during these hard times with the Covid-19 in 2020-2021. On behalf of my customers, some family members, friends and myself we wanted to show our heartfelt thanks and appreciation by donating Satin Hands sets to each and every one of you as a token of our thankfulness to you all. With all the hand washing and extra hand sanitizing that is constantly being done it leaves your hands feeling chapped and dry and we thought you all would enjoy some much needed pampering, it’s also very soothing for your feet too! We cannot say thank you enough for all that you do and we hope that these Satin Hands sets will bring you some much needed comfort and joy in return for all that you have done so selflessly for others.”
“Steele Memorial Medical Center employees are very grateful for this thoughtful and generous gift from not only Christen but the many customers, family members, and friends of Christen. The outpouring of gifts and treats from not only the community but from community members afar is heartwarming and we are truly blessed”, says Jeanie Gentry, CEO.
