• Learning about your birthing and pregnant body and its innate capabilities
• The stages of labor and what to expect with each stage
• Natural and medical techniques to cope with labor
• How to begin your fourth trimester with a blissful golden hour
• A tour of our labor and delivery unit and a chance to meet members of your birth team

Light refreshments and snacks will be provided.
All attendees will be entered into a drawing to win a hands free breast pump.
