Steele Memorial Auxiliary Donates $3,850 to Support Hospital Department Needs

SALMON, ID – Steele Memorial Auxiliary has once again demonstrated its heartfelt dedication to healthcare in our community by generously donating $3,850 to support key needs across four departments at Steele Memorial Medical Center.

The Auxiliary's thoughtful donations will directly enhance patient care and staff support through the following purchases:

  • $1,000 toward a Cold Packs Freezer for the Rehabilitation Department
  • $850 for two Canister Vacuums to improve facility cleanliness and operations
  • $1,000 for a new Robonurse to assist providers in the Clinic
  • $1,000 for Temporal Artery Thermometers for the Medical/Surgical Department

“The generosity of our Auxiliary helps us provide high-quality care with the tools and technology we need,” said Jenny Tracy, Auxiliary Director. “We’re so grateful for their continued support and community leadership.”

Steele Memorial Auxiliary is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that raises funds to support local healthcare initiatives. Funds are generated through the Auxiliary’s popular October Pink Tea Luncheon, seasonal raffles, and proceeds from the Steele Memorial Gift Shop, operated by dedicated volunteers.
