Wireless Internet
Thanks to the Steele Memorial Auxiliary, every patient at Steele Memorial Medical Center is now able to enjoy free Wireless Internet Service. Please ask the front desk staff for the password to connect.
Steele Memorial Cafeteria
The Steele Memorial Cafeteria is located in the hospital building between the Laboratory and Rehabilitation Departments. Visitors are welcome to eat in the cafeteria at any time it is open. The cafeteria opens at 7:00 AM and closes at 4:00 PM. Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM. Lunch is served from 11:30 AM – 1:15 PM.

Vending machines
Vending machines for snacks and beverages are located on the first floor near the Emergency Room lobby. They are available 24 hours a day.
Steele Memorial Auxiliary Gift Shop
Steele Memorial Auxiliary Gift Shop is located near the east entrance of the hospital building. It is stocked with personal care essentials, as well as unique gifts. All proceeds from the gift shop support Steele Memorial Medical Center activities.

Comfort Cart
Steele Memorial Auxiliary provides a comfort cart to all hospital patients. The cart includes magazines, games, puzzles, and other activities. Need a little peace? Grab a Quiet Kit, which contains earplugs, eye mask, and lotion.
Patient Communication System and Smart Beds
Steele Memorial Medical Center has installed a patient communication system for all inpatients. The system connects to the newly purchased Smart Beds to improve patient safety through a multi-level alarm system that alerts nurses and staff with different levels of patient movement. The Smart Beds are designed to deliver maximum comfort and lead to a better overall patient experience.
